Matthew D. Ekins is the managing shareholder of Parson Behle & Latimer, PC's St. George, Utah office. His practice primarily focuses in three areas of the law: real estate, business and corporate, estate planning and probate. He has practiced law since 2008 and is admitted to Utah and Nevada. Prior to the practice of law, Mr. Ekins worked in the title industry for nearly four years. In 2015, he served as the Southern Utah Bar president; from 2012-2013 as the Southern Utah Estate Planning council director; is a member of the Intermountain Health St. George Regional Professional Advisory Council; and is a member of the Switchpoint Legacy Council. He is the author of "Large-Scale Disasters Attacking the American Dream: How to Protect and Empower Homeowners and Lenders", Western New England Law Review, Volume 30, Number 2, 2008. Mr. Ekins earned his J.D. degree at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Wesley J. Felice is an attorney in Buchalter's Salt Lake City office and a member of the firm's real estate practice group. He focuses his practice on real estate development, joint venture organization, municipal land use, commercial leasing, and real estate finance. Mr. Felice's experience and education span both the legal and practical side of real estate as he worked as a contracts manager in property management before receiving his master's degree in real estate development. Mr. Felice earned his J.D. degree from the University of Utah - S.J Quinney College of Law and his master's of real estate development at the University Of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Prior to law school and his real estate career, he earned his B.S. degree in economics and anthropology from the University of Utah. Mr. Felice is a member of the Utah State Bar's Real Property Section and Business Section. He also serves as a member on the Layton City Planning Commission.

Michael Hutchings is an experienced land use and real estate attorney with Snell & Wilmer. He represents some of the largest real estate developers in Utah, working on public improvement projects, mountain resorts, mixed-use developments, and real estate assets of all sizes. Mr. Hutchings has extensive experience assisting clients in buying and selling real estate, obtaining development entitlements, structuring public incentives such as tax increment financing, and protecting property rights before the Utah Property Rights Ombudsman. Additionally, he advises clients in state and federal courts on matters related to land use issues and constitutional property rights claims. Mr. Hutchings earned his J.D. degree, with high honors, at University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.

Joshua D. Jewkes is an attorney with Gordon Law Group. He focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions and dispute resolution. Mr. Jewkes acts as general counsel to several local businesses and enjoys solving complex legal problems for his clients. He is admitted to practice in Utah, Georgia and Illinois and numerous federal courts. He is the current vice-chair of the Wasatch Community Foundation and the former president of the Wasatch County Bar Association. Mr. Jewkes earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from J. Rueben Clark Law School at B.Y.U.

Zach Marquez is a member of Parr Brown Gee & Loveless' real estate group, where his practice focuses on helping clients with various types of real estate transactions. Prior to Parr Brown, he was an associate attorney at an Am Law top 100 law firm in Houston, Texas, where he handled real estate, corporate, and energy transactions. Mr. Marquez earned his J.D. degree at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, graduating with highest honors. He is a member of the Utah State Bar Association and Hispanic Bar Association of Houston. Mr. Marquez is admitted to practice in Utah and Texas.

Amanda B. Mendenhall is an attorney with Bennett Tueller Johnson & Deere in Salt Lake City, Utah. Her practice focuses on the defense of real estate licensees facing investigative or enforcement actions at the Utah Division of Real Estate. Ms. Mendenhall provides consultation services to real estate brokers and agents to ensure their compliance with state statutes, administrative rules, ethical obligations, and industry standards. She is a particularly strong advocate for real estate agents or brokers who face civil lawsuits or professional standards hearings at their real estate boards that arise from alleged unprofessional conduct. Ms. Mendenhall has been a Realtor® for over 15 years and a licensed broker since 2005. She became a recognized leader during the foreclosure crisis and continues to be an active member of the Utah Association of Realtors and the Salt Lake Board of Realtors. Ms. Mendenhall's extensive real estate industry knowledge is invaluable when working with real estate agents and brokers, appraisers, and mortgage professionals - whether defending an agency action, criminal charges, or allegations of unethical conduct. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate contracts, language, and financial transactions to her litigation practice. Ms. Mendenhall earned her J.D. degree from University of Utah S.J. Quincy, College of Law and is admitted to practice in Utah and Hawaii.

Annie Xie is an attorney in Ice Miller's real estate group, in Indianapolis, Indiana. She assists clients in all areas of real estate law, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, and land use and zoning. Ms. Xie has been named The Best Lawyers in America®: Ones to Watch (2022-2025) for her real estate practice. She has previously spoken for the Urban Land Institute and is currently co-chair of ULI Indiana's Women Leadership Initiative. Ms. Xie earned her J.D. degree at Indiana University Maurer School of Law and is admitted to practice in Indiana and Utah.
