Malcolm F. Barlow is the owner of Malcolm F. Barlow, Attorney at Law, where he practices in the areas of elder law, probate, personal injury and real estate. He has been involved in probate practice since 1978, and has litigated probate issues including the admission of wills. Mr. Barlow is a frequent lecturer at seminars on elder law and probate matters. He is a past president of the Manchester Bar Association, and a member of the Hartford County and Connecticut bar associations. Mr. Barlow is a member of the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and a member of the Connecticut Chapter of NAELA. He earned his B.A. degree in English from the University of Connecticut and his J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut.

Hon.Domenick N. Calabrese is a probate judge and is also an attorney with Calabrese Law PLLC, where he creates estate plans designed to help high-net-worth individuals and families maintain control over their affairs and keep them out of court. His wealth of unique experience and depth of legal knowledge guides clients through even the most complex estate planning and probate matters. Hon. Calabrese is the founding judge of the Waterbury Regional Children's Probate Court. He earned his Bachelor of Science in allied health from the University of Connecticut, his M.B.A. degree from University of New Haven and his J.D. degree from University of Connecticut School of Law. Hon. Calabrese is admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut, Florida and New York.

Keith E. Phillis is a partner in Darrow Everett LLP's private wealth services, energy and natural resources, and tax practice groups. He represents a wide range of clients, from individuals to large public and private business entities. Mr. Phillis' private wealth planning representation includes advising individuals and businesses on estate planning, wealth and asset preservation planning, tax mitigation, and business succession planning strategies. He routinely prepares estate planning, estate settlement, gifting, and asset preservation documentation, such as wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts (i.e. DAPTs, ILITs, IDGTs, SNTs, QPRTs, GRATs, CRUTs, SLATs, and D4A), powers of attorney, health care proxies, and living wills. Mr. Phillis' tax experience includes extensive involvement with the structuring and sale of investment assets in a wide range of industries. He works with managers, accountants, and in-house counsel of companies to resolve a variety of tax-related issues, from business formation, to compensation and benefit plans, to acquisition and financing. In addition to tax planning and structuring transactions, Mr. Phillis' tax practice includes representation before the IRS and state tax authorities, federal and state tax courts, and local tax authorities. He is a member of Rhode Island Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Rhode Island Society of CPAs, and Rhode Island Young Accountant Network Committee. Mr. Phillis received his B.S. and B.A. degrees, magna cum laude, from Central Michigan University; his J.D. degree from Roger Williams University School of Law; and his LL.M. degree in taxation from Boston University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in the states of Rhode Island, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, as well as before the U.S. Tax Court, U.S. District Court of Rhode Island, and U.S. District Court of Massachusetts.

Jean Rabinow is a sole proprietor at McMillan & Rabinow, where she practices probate, elder law, wills and related documents. Ms. Rabinow earned her bachelor’s degree from Knox College in Galesburg and her J.D. degree from Yale Law School. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

Angelina Stafford is an attorney with Doherty, Wallace, Pillsbury & Murphy, P.C. Her practice encompasses all areas of business law and taxation. Ms. Stafford specializes in estate planning, estate administration and probate litigation. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Elms College in the undergraduate and MBA programs. Ms. Stafford earned her undergraduate degree, with distinction, from the University of Michigan and her J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from Western New England University School of Law. She is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County, American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and Hampden County Bar Association. Ms. Stafford is admitted to the bar in both Massachusetts and Connecticut.
