Deshonda P. Charles , president and CEO of D. Charles Law Firm, PLLC, has over 20 years of experience practicing law in the areas of estate planning and probate litigation, family law, and employment discrimination litigation. She is licensed to practice law in the states of Texas, Louisiana, New York and Connecticut; and before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and the Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Ms. Charles is a member of the Houston Lawyers Association (past president), Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Society Legal Society, National Bar Association and College of the State Bar of Texas. She earned her B.Acc degree from Loyola University New Orleans and her J.D. degree from Tulane University Law School also in New Orleans.

Jennifer DeLoach is the founding attorney at The DeLoach Law Practice, where she focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and family law. Her law partner and wife, Caitlin Herndon DeLoach, is an experienced family lawyer who also works as a mediator and guardian ad litem. Ms. DeLoach is a graduate of Berry College and the University of Georgia School of Law. She has been admitted to the State Bar of California and is currently an active member of the State Bar of Georgia. 

Elizabeth H. Johnson is a senior associate with Spence Law Group where she focuses on the areas of estate, trust, and fiduciary litigation, as well as estate administration, and probate law. She is a member of Baltimore County Bar Association, Anne Arundel Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Association. Ms. Johnson earned both her B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Illinois. She is admitted to practice in the state of Maryland. 

Blakely S. Moore is an estate planning attorney and a managing partner at PTM Trust and Estate Law. He focuses his practice on helping people protect their loved ones and themselves with creative estate plans and helping fiduciaries administer trusts or probate estates. Mr. Moore earned his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.

Virginia L. Perez is the founder and CEO of The Law Office of Virginia Lee Perez, P.A. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Ms. Perez earned an LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Alabama School of Law, her J.D. degree from Florida International University College of Law, and her B.A. degree from the University of Florida. She also earned a certificate in international commercial arbitration law and practice from Hamline University in conjunction with Queen Mary, University of London. Ms. Perez is a proud member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, RPPLT and Elder Law sections of the Florida Bar, and Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys (AFELA). She is admitted to practice law in Florida. 

Virginia C. Ralls is an attorney at Chase & Ralls, PLC. She focuses her practice on trusts and estates, tax, probate, and family law. Ms. Ralls is the director of the Trust and Estates Department. She earned her B.S. degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida, her master's degree from the University of West Florida, and her J.D. degree from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Ms. Ralls is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the United States Tax Court.
