Sonia J. Buck is an attorney at the firm of Pierce Atwood LLP. Her practice areas include foreclosures, loan restructuring, creditors' rights, collection and bankruptcy. Ms. Buck is a trained mediator and has mediated for Maine's Foreclosure Diversion program. She has written several articles for American Bar Association publications and has also published a book, Movie Therapy for Law Students. Ms. Buck has been adjunct faculty at Kaplan University, where she has taught paralegal and business classes. She earned her B.A. degree, cum laude, from the University of Southern Maine and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Maine School of Law. 

Michael J. Champlin is a partner with Champlin & Associates, PLLC, where his main areas of practice are collections, personal injury and bankruptcy. He teaches at the University of Richmond School of Continuing and Professional Studies. Mr. Champlin has shared his legal knowledge with students as an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond for 25 years. He is a member of the Richmond, Henrico County and Chesterfield bar associations, and the Virginia State Bar. Mr. Champlin earned his B.A. degree from Wake Forest University and his J.D. degree from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University.

Geoffrey W. Hetley is an attorney with Hetley Law Firm, P.A. and of counsel to the Pittenger Law Group. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of creditors' rights and remedies. Mr. Hetley is focused on serving the needs of businesses and credit grantors. He practices in the area of business issues, drafting of contracts, credit agreements, Fair Debt Collection Act procedures, bankruptcy issues and collection matters. Mr. Hetley has spoken at various seminars on topics related to creditors' remedies in both Kansas and Missouri, and has written many articles in the collection area, including editing and contributing to the Missouri Desk Book series. He is licensed to practice law in both Kansas and Missouri, and appears regularly in court throughout the states of Kansas and Missouri. Mr. Hetley earned his B.A. degree from the University of Kansas and his J.D. degree from Washburn University.

Lynda L. Laing is a partner in the law firm of Strauss, Factor, Laing & Lyons in Providence, Rhode Island, where her practice concentrates in the areas of collections and litigation. Ms. Laing is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Rhode Island and American bar associations, Commercial Law League of America, and American Bankruptcy Institute. She served as chairperson of the Bench Bar Committee for the Rhode Island Bar Association. Ms. Laing earned her A.B. degree from Albion College and her J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School.
