Ryan M. Henry is a senior partner at Cramer & Anderson LLP. He limits his practice to injury law by seeking compensation for those injured and killed due to the negligence or recklessness of another. Mr. Henry has represented plaintiffs in injury cases and death cases that include car accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking wrecks, and boating accidents. He also seeks redress for those injured or killed by defective products and has successful sued many major Fortune 500 companies on behalf of those injured by product defects. A significant portion of his practice includes seeking compensation for injuries caused by dogs, as well as injuries caused by trip-and-falls and/or slip-and-falls that occur on dangerous and defective property. Mr. Henry has also represented injured victims and those killed by explosions. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut state and federal courts, as well as in the State of New York. Mr. Henry is a member of the American Association for Justice and sits on the Board of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association as well as its General Tort Committee. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Marist College and his J.D. degree from Albany Law School.

Christopher D. Hite is an attorney at Rosenberg & Hite, LLC. He focuses his practice on workers' compensation, personal injury, evictions, probate law, and civil litigation. Mr. Hite received his B.A. degree from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law. He is actively involved in the Connecticut Bar Association, having previously served as an Executive Committee co-chair and chair for the Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section and Consumer Law Sections of the Young Lawyers Section. Mr. Hite is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

Clarissa C. Lee is an attorney at Clarissa Lee Law Group, LLC, where she focuses her practice on personal injury. She earned her B.A. degree from Quinnipiac University and her J.D. degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. Ms. Lee is admitted to practice law in Connecticut.

K. Alexandra O'Neill is a partner at Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. She is experienced in arbitration and mediation and has negotiated and secured insurance coverage for several clients subject to federal and state governmental investigations. In addition to her active litigation practice, Ms. O'Neill assists clients in assessing their insurance programs and risk transfer strategies, drafting policy and contract language, analyzing coverage for claims, and securing coverage pre-litigation. She routinely issues coverage opinions relating to general liability, builder's risk, commercial property, cyber liability, professional liability, directors and officers, employment practices liability, commercial auto, motor carrier liability, life, excess, and umbrella policies. Ms. O'Neill is on the Board of Directors for the Women Builders Council. She is also an adjunct professor at Quinnipiac University School of Law and is a regularly published author on risk management and insurance coverage issues facing the construction industry and is invited to speak on those same topics at nationwide conferences. Ms. O'Neill recieved her B.A.degree, cum laude from The George Washington University and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut; U.S. District Court, Eastern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; U.S. District Court, Western District of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Rachel S. Pearson is a senior associate at Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. She holds a strong background in litigation, having represented clients in a wide variety of state and federal litigation matters, including medical malpractice, product liability, nursing home liability, and general negligence matters. She has authored articles and presented to medical professionals, risk managers, and legal compliance professionals on trends and recent case law changes. Ms. Pearson received her B.A. degree, cum laude from Providence College and her J.D. degree from the University of Connecticut. She is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York, and before the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut; U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York; U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit; U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit; and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

Tracy A. Saxe is one of the founding members of Saxe Doernberger & Vita, P.C. as well as its president and chief executive officer. He is a skilled commercial litigator with more than 40 years of trial experience.Mr. Saxe began his career handling a diverse array of general litigation matters, from a criminal court trial where his client was acquitted of murder to the representation of a certified class of independent book publishers in a bankruptcy court trial. Over time, his practice steadily narrowed to concentrate on more complicated and intellectually challenging areas, his current focus is on advocating for the rights of policyholders. Mr. Saxe received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude from Syracuse University and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a member of the American Association for Justice; American Bar Association; American College of Coverage Counsel; Bankruptcy Trustee of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut, Hartford Division; and New York Bar Association.
